The meeting of the Committee on state building and local self-government

On 29th of January, 2016, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov took part in the work of the Committee on state building and local self-government of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

When discussing the issue of "Progress in implementation of paragraph 3 of article 85 of the Federal law № 131-FZ" On general principles of local self-government in the Russian Federation "M.M.Ibyatov made a report to address the issue of public authorities maps (plans) of municipal boundaries for entry in the state cadastre of real estate according to the article 15 of the Federal law "On cadastre of real estate " and the approval of the boundaries of the Republic of Tatarstan.

To the ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan is recommended to expedite the adjustment of the boundaries for the subsequent introduction of the boundaries of municipalities of the republic in the state cadastre of real estate.

Also taking part in the discussion of the draft law "On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On local self-government in the Republic of Tatarstan ", providing for imposition of duties on the direction of the map (plan) of the objects land in bodies cadastral executive authority of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of land relations, and also invalidation of the provisions on the formation and maintenance of the Register of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
