Meeting on questions of collection of administrative penalties

On 12th of October 2017 under the leadership of the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. M.Ibyatov a regular meeting took place on the implementation of decisions on fixing of administrative punishment sent by the administrative commission of Kazan to the bailiff service.

At the meeting took part A.V. Zinnatova, head of the department of executive production of the Office of the Federal bailiff service of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, acting chief of the department of documentation support and work with citizens’appeals of the Office of the Federal bailiff service in the Republic of Tatarstan S. A. Komzalov , the head of the Administration for the organization of activities of administrative commissions of the staff of the Executive committee of Kazan city G.K. Gismatullina and the head of the territorial affairs department organization and control in the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I. Kasymov.

During the meeting G.Kh. Gismatullina informed about the number of orders sent to the bailiff service about the appointment of an administrative punishment for 2015-2016 and 9 months of the current year, the problems of untimely initiation of executive proceedings on materials sent by the administrative commission of the city of Kazan.

Representatives of the bailiff service have sounded the results of the work on executive documents.

As a result of the meeting, joint actions are planned to eliminate shortcomings in the course of execution of administrative legislation
