A routine checkup of execution of the state program

On 23rd of April 23, 2015, officers of the information analysis, coordination and planning of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan held a routine checkup execution of the state program "Implementation of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020" in the Ministry of Ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the checkup was examined the operation of the commission’s questions under the Minister of ecology and natural eesources of the Republic of Tatarstan on anti-corruption, commission on complying with the requirements of official conduct and conflict of interest, the organization of anti-corruption expertise of draft regulations, and the course of the execution of other program activities.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 04.04.2013 № 225 "On approval of the Uniform requirements for placement and filling sections of the official websites of executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network" Internet "on combating corruption" on issues of compliance sections "Anti-corruption" of the official website of the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan due to specified requirements.

The checkup found that the Ministry of ecology and natural eesources of the Republic of Tatarstan created the necessary conditions for an effective anti-corruption work and the prevention of anti-corruption offenses.

Preliminary results of the test and general recommendations for improvements in the area of anti-corruption in the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed with the head of civil service and personnels Sh.K.Salimgareevym, as well as the person responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offenses E.YU .Piternova.
