Reception of citizens in the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation in the Republic of Tatarstan
The participants of the special military operation and their families continue to receive comprehensive assistance, including legal assistance. In the Tatarstan branch of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, employees of the State Legal Bureau hold weekly receptions for citizens to provide free legal assistance.
The deputy head of the State Legal Bureau, Rafael Giniatullov, was contacted by 9 participants of the SVO, who were given detailed explanations in accordance with current legislation and assisted in preparing draft applications to authorized, supervisory authorities.
During the reception, applications were most often received on issues of establishing paternity, receiving a lump sum payment, passing a military medical commission, opening a non-profit foundation, housing, consumer protection, enforcement proceedings, and obtaining a combat veteran's certificate.
