Providing free legal assistance within the framework of the International day of disabled people

On 4th of December 2017, the event took place in the SAE SP Center of rehabilitationfor disabled people "Ascent" of the Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan to provide free legal assistance to disabled people, disabled children, and their legal representatives, organized by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the International day of the disabled people.

At the event took part representatives of the Department of the Pension Fund of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the State labor inspectorate in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of labor, employment and social protection Republic of Tatarstan, the State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan, ICM "Committee of land and property relations of the Executive committee of Kazan, the Lawyers 'and Notaries' Chambers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

39 citizens applied for the consultation. The questions of concern for the disabled people mainly concerned social and pensions and also land, tax and inheritance laws. All applicants received free legal assistance in the form of legal advice in oral and written form.
