Departure to Pestrechinsky municipal region

On 2nd of November, 2015, by officers of the legal advisory and methodological support to local authorities of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan  was done departure to Pestrechinsky municipal region with the aim of providing legal assistance to local governments.

During the departure was studied the work of Executive committee of Pestrechinsky municipal region of the RT on resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, in terms of the procedures preceding the withdrawal of emergency living quarters of the owners.

In addition, were studied questions of direction to the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan municipal normative legal acts to enable the municipal register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

By the employees of the department were given practical and guidelines in these areas, and also responses to problematic issues.
