Seminar-meeting on the topic «Practice in the implementation of the «Analyst of regional legislation» automated information system of the «Code»

On October 31st, 2019, Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a seminar-meeting by a videoconference on the topics:

- «Practice in the implementation of the «Analyst of regional legislation» automated information system of the «Code»

- «Realization of the separate powers of state by local self-government bodies based on last 9 months of 2019»

Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the legality of normative legal acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Valiakhmetov, deputy executive secretary of the Association «Council of territorial public self-government in the Republic of Tatarstan» - head of the legal department Sergey Stolyarov, deputy head of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan Elvira Labashova.

Within the meeting head of the department of legal work on local government and management of the municipal register Rauf Garipov told about practice of application of automated informational system «Analyst of regional legislation» automated information system of the «Code» and head of the department of territorial organization and control on the sphere of local self-government of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnara Kasymova voiced questions of enforcement powers of state by the local self-government bodies on the organization of administrative commissions activity and determination of list of officials authorized to drafting of administrative offenses reports.

In completion of the seminar Mukharryam Ibyatov listened to reports of the representatives of Aktanyshsky, Atninsky, Verhneuslonsky, Leninogorsky, Cheremshansky, Utasinsky districts and gave the recommendations to responsible persons to effective application of information system “Code” in the norm setting.
