Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

On April 26th, 2019, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Galimov A.G.

The following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan are approved in the meeting of the Expert Council:

1. «On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On urban planning in the Republic of Tatarstan».
2. «On amendments to the article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On state civil service in the Republic of Tatarstan» and the article 28 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan «On municipal service»;
3. «On amendments to the article 1 of the Federal Law «On total number of the Magistrates and number of judicial districts in the entities of the Russian Federation».
