Bobkov branch of the Russian customs academy (specialty - jurisprudence). Professional experience: since 1998. to 2002. service in customs bodies of the Russian Federation. since 2002 to 2010 .: state customs inspector of the department of control of the customs value of Tatarstan customs, Kazan; state customs inspector of Tatarstan customs, Kazan, senior state customs inspector of the legal department of Tatarstan customs, Kazan. On 11th of May, 2010 appointed deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
