Providing free legal assistance to the veterans of GPW and members of their families

On the eve of the celebration of the 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, within the framework of the implementation of the Federal law "On free legal assistance in the Russian Federation", the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On providing free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" on 27th of April, In the House of friendship of people, an event was held to provide free legal assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and members of their families, organized by the Ministry ofjustice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the event took part representatives of the Department of the Pension Fund of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal tax service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal service for state registration,cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal publicagency "Main bureau of medical and social expertise in the Republic of Tatarstan" and social protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan , The Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing andcommunal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State housing inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, ICM "The Committee of land and property relationsEC IF of Kazan , ICM "Housing policy management EC IF of Kazan", and also lawyers and notaries.

Questions of concern to veterans, most of them concerned housing and inheritance legislation, social and pension provision. All applicants received free legal assistance in the form of legal advice in oral and written form, and alsodrafting legal documents.
