Meeting of the anti-corruption Commission in the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

August 25, 2014 a meeting with the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan dedicated to the anti-corruption took place in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Commission, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Y.Gluhova.

6 questions were in the agenda.
1. Analysis of the results of sociological surveys research conducted by the Committee of the the socio-economic monitoring (speaker - Chairman of the Commission, the Minister L.Y.Gluhova);

2. The questions on the status of work aimed at the detection of a conflicts of interest, in which persons who holding public service positions in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan are involved, and on measures of it’s improvement (speaker - Deputy Chairman of the Board, First Deputy of Minister R.I.Zagidullin);

3. The results of provision the information about revenues, expenditures, assets and property obligations of persons holding positions of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and their families, an amendments to the list of positions of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan , which is related to corruption risks (speaker - Secretary of the Commission, Senior Consultant of the Personnel department A.A.Muhachev);

4 About the changes in the form of information about income, expenses, assets and liabilities y (speaker - Secretary of the Commission, Senior Consultant, training and public service A.A.Muhachev);

5. The monitoring of information on corruption in the activities of persons holding positions of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, located in the media, including the "Internet", and contained in the incoming complaints of citizens and legal persons (speaker - managing director N.I.Latypov);

6. The analysis of the information about the work carried out by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan aimed at the controlling the compliance with anticorruption law and the measures taken to remove administrative barriers for business activities (speaker - Chairman of the Commission, the Minister L.Y.Gluhova).
