Videoreception of citizens living in the countryside

July 25, 2014 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of providing legal aid organized and held the videoreception of citizens living in rural areas of the country, on housing and communal services 43 people from 19 municipal districts participated in this event.

Reception was held by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Y. Gluhova together with the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M.Frolov, Deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan N.V.Butaev, head of the State housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan - the main public housing inspector S.A.Kraynov, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Tariffs and deputy chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Tariffs L.P.Borisova, deputy general director of state fiscal institutions "Fund gasification energy saving technology and the development of engineering networks of the Republic of Tatarstan" Z.G.Gimadeev.

All of the officials, who attended in the videoreception, took part in the discussion of the questions from the citizens. They gave detailed answers to the questions about quality of water in rural settlements, house obtaining, general repair of buildings and apartments, the accrual of ODN for electricity and cold water supply, rehabilitation of water supply systems, the frequency of repairing of entrances, installation of electricity meters and savings lamps (street lighting), tariffs for removal of liquid waste.

On the question of the residents of a rural settlement Lekarevskoe of Elabuzhsky municipal district concerning the saw cut of poplar trees near their homes, the leadership of the village council informed the residents about the accomplished work of cutting the poplars and provided a photoreport.

At the end of the videoconference the public were invited to make active use of existing technical capabilities in areas, including the Internet, which allow access to the heads of ministries and departments, as well as the use of information posted on the official websites of the Ministries of the Republic. Local governments has been recommended by some issues that have been announced, to conduct explanatory work with the population, and to take an active part in the upcoming receptions.
A follow-up videoconference of citizens living in rural areas will regard the questions of of land law.
