Meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
The Ministry of Justice held a meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, at which the members of the working group discussed:
the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on Administrative Offenses and Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Granting local self-government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan State powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to determine the list of officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses»;
draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan»;
establishment of compulsory state life;
and health insurance for persons holding public positions in the Republic of Tatarstan and municipal positions.
Following the discussion of the draft laws, a decision was made on further work on them.
