Future lawyers can become employees of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan

Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina, Head of the Human Resources and Public Service Department Tatyana Latyeva and Senior Magistrate for the Sovetsky Judicial District of Kazan Roman Anisimov met with students of the Kazan branch of the Russian State University of Justice within the framework of the Career Navigator project.

The Deputy Minister spoke about the goals, functions and social significance of the state civil service, the advantages of such work, and also encouraged students to find a job at the end of their studies in the Ministry.

Tatyana Latyeva, in turn, explained to the students the procedure for admission to public service, including the passage of competitive procedures, about the possibilities of organizing internships and internships for students.

Students with a law degree can find a job not only in the Ministry of Justice, but also in the offices of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan. This was described in detail by the senior justice of the peace.

«Graduates, having started working in positions, for example, the secretary of a court session, will have the necessary experience and work experience for further career growth from a clerk or head of the office to a justice of the peace. At the same time, you do not need to think that, working now as a secretary of the court session, you will receive the minimum wage, firstly, bonuses are accrued every quarter, and secondly, the salary will increase in accordance with further work experience», - said Roman Olegovich.
