Deputy Minister Mukharyam Ibyatov participated in a cluster meeting of heads of rural settlements
Annual cluster seminars-meetings of chief executives of settlements in the Republic are held from May 24 through May 31 by the Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Association "Council of Municipal Entities of the Republic of Tatarstan" on the issues relevant to the settlement level in the field of local self-government. The events are attended by representatives of the Council of Municipal Entities of the Republic of Tatarstan and a number of republican ministries including the Tatarstan Ministry of Justice.
Yesterday the first seminar-meeting was held in Mendeleevsk with participation of Deputy Minister Mukharyam Ibyatov. In his speech he informed the attendees of the activities on systematization of legislation, including systematization of municipal legal acts, drew attention to typical mistakes made when municipal acts are published at the Official Portal of Legal Information, made a special emphasis on the work with the acts of the prosecutor response and bringing municipal acts in compliance with the legislation.
Then Mukharyam Ibyatov reviewed legal issues of interest for the heads of settlements in the field of notarial acts by officials of settlements, registration and disposal of ownerless and escheat property, and others.
