Meeting on summing up the results of the implementation of the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
Under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov was held a meeting in the video-conference mode on the implementation by local self-government authorities of certain state powers transferred to them by the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was attended by representatives of municipalities responsible for organizing the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts, officials authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offenses and bailiffs.
During the meeting, Gulnara Kasymova, Head of the Department for Territorial Organization and Control in the Field of Local Self-Government of the Ministry, reported on the results of the activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials for 9 months of 2021.
Albert Ibyatullin, Head of the Department of Organization of Enforcement Proceedings of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke with information about the collection of fines by force.
At the end of the meeting, Mukharryam Ibyatov set tasks for organizing joint work with bailiffs in order to reduce arrears on administrative fines.
