School-seminar "Pravo. Community"
On October 23-24, a school-seminar for specialists of legal clinics and legal centers of the Republic was held on the site of the Moskovsky cultural center.
The event was attended by 25 expert speakers, one of whom was Ilfat Mingalimov, head of the Department of organization of free legal aid and planning of the Ministry of justice.representatives of 8 legal clinics and 2 legal centers of the Republic also took part in the seminar.
The program of the seminar was based on training students in the basics of legal advice of free legal aid, the formation of a unified procedure and regulations for the provision of legal aid and was conducted in order to improve the quality of assistance provided by legal clinics.
As part of the program, participants were given lectures and master classes on the basics of legal consulting and information processing in the framework of consulting, together with leading lawyers of the Republic, various cases were analyzed on issues that arise in practice.
