Ceremony of awarding by All-Russian G.F. Shershenevich legal award and legal award of the Republic of Tatarstan “Lawyer of the year”.
Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin took part in the eremony of awarding by All-Russian G.F. Shershenevich legal award and legal award of the Republic of Tatarstan “Lawyer of the year” which was held on December 6th, 2019, in the Kazan Town Hall. Before the meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan with the leadership of the Association of Lawyers of the Russia and members of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation on codification and improvement of civil law R.N. Minnikhanov welcomed participants and congratulated them with the Lawyers’ Day.
R.N. Minnikhanov gave state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan and Thanking of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to representatives of legal community among which Head of the Department of legal expertise and legislative work N.Y. Kazantseva in the form of ceremony.
Co-Chairman of the Association of Lawyers of the Russia P.V. Krasheninnikov gave the G.F. Shershenevich award. Doctor of juridical science, professor, honored worker of the science of the Russian Federation, Head of the Department of civil law of the Law Faculty of MSU Y.A.Sukhanov, doctor of juridical science, professor of the Department of State and Law theory of the Moscow Legal Academy V.V. Lazarev got this award.
Chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the “Association of lawyers of the Russia” I.Sh. Khalikov got Thanking of the Chairman of the Federation Council.
Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin gave legal award of the Republic of Tatarstan “Lawyer of the year” in the nomination “Rendering of free legal aid” to reporter of the program “TV and Radio Company “New Century”, member of the Association of Lawyers of the Russia G.R. Minyazova.
Award “Lawyer of the year” was established by the Council of the Tatarstan regional branch of the “Association of Lawyers of the Russia”. It aimed to gratitude credits of the highly qualified lawyers and its goal is increasing of status and prestige of lawyers’ profession.
