Internship of the executive secretaries of the administrative commissions
On March 26th, an internship of the secretary of the administrative commissions of the Aksubaevsky, Alkeevsky, Novosheshminsky and Cheremshansky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan was held today in the premise of the Administrative Commission of Kazan city.
The executive secretaries participated as observers in the meeting of the administrative commission of Kazan city to share experiences during the internship. Deputy Head of the Office of the Administrative and Technical Inspection of the Executive Committee of Kazan city Latypov V.A. described the procedure of offences detection and institution of administrative proceedings, including the quality of drawing up the administrative reports. Specialists of the Office for the organization of activities of the Executive Committee of Kazan city elaborated on the specific characteristics of the review of the administrative cases, monitoring the implementation of the decisions in determining the penalty, implementation of the crime prevention. The interns had the opportunity to become acquainted with the record-keeping of work of the administrative commission, processing and creation case file.
The questions of interns were discussed in «Round table» mode. The staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan explained the procedures for reporting on the implementation of legislation on the transferred state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. in conjunction with Head of the Department for organizing the activities of the administrative commissions of the Executive Committee of Kazan city Mukhametshin A.R. summarized the internship devoting to the fruitful work of the administrative commissions in this area.
