Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs
On December 11th, 2018, the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs meeting was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I.
The following draft laws are approved by the Expert Council at the meeting:
«On changes into the article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On industrial policy in the Republic of Tatarstan»;
«On the article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On contractual termsunder the title concerning the implementation of the separate powers of state, transferred to the local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the Head of the Executive Committee of the municipal district (city district)», that is no longer valid»;
« On changes into the article 2418 of the Federal Law «On the assessment activities in the Russian Federation» and the article 22 of the Federal Law «On the state cadastral valuation».
