Seminar-meeting with the staff of the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan
On December 6th, 2018, a seminar-meeting on topical issues of functioning of the judicial districts took place with the administrative staff of the Offices the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan by videoconferencing under the leadership of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Zagidullin R.I.
Zagidullin R.I. delivered welcoming remarks and presented the ministerial awards of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. Zagidullin R.I. also presented awards to the winners and prize-winners of the competition «The Best in profession» among the administrative staff of the Offices of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ragozina N.V., Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Gafarov R.F., Head of Finance Division Gizyatullova N.N., Principal Specialist-Expert of the Control and Supervision in the Field of Advocacy, Notary, State Registration of Acts of Civil Status Division of the Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan Gallyamova G.M., Specialist of the Sales Division FSUE «Russian Post» Ashagimardanova N.S. made their presentations.
Topical issues and issues of concern of functioning of the judicial districts of the Magistrates, inter alia, the issue of rational and efficiently using budget for mail services, complaints against omissions of the staff of the Offices of Magistrates, issues of executive discipline and logistics were discussed.
