Commission meeting on anti-corruption under the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
On March 27, 2018, a meeting of the Commission of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on combating corruption was held.
At the Commission meeting:
a report on anti-corruption activities in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017;
a review prepared by the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on issues of anti-corruption policy, on the implementation of anti-corruption measures in 2017 by the public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan;
issues of conducting anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts and draft normative legal acts following the results of 2017;
results of placement of the state order for the needs of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017. Execution of indicators of the government task for management in terms of assessing the effectiveness of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the implementation of public procurement;
results of internal financial control and audit for targeted and efficient use of budgetary funds;
results of conducted on-site inspections in the framework of monitoring the implementation of the state program "Implementing the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015-2020" in 2017;
the results of monitoring compliance with the Uniform Requirements for the placement and filling of sections of official websites of the executive bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and local governments of municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Internet on anti-corruption issues in 2017.
At the meeting of the Commission, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan R.I.
