Training seminar in the mode of videoconference took place

On 20th of December 2017, under the leadership of the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov, a training seminar took place in the mode of videoconferencing on the topic "Realization of the right of legislative initiative by local governments" for employees of legal services of representative bodies of municipal entities.

Head of the department of constitutional legislation of the Legal managment of the Staff of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan L.I. Ibragimova, head of the department of legal expertise and norm-making activity of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan N.Yu. Kazantseva, head of the department for territorial organization and control in the sphere local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G.I. Kasymov, on the topics:

- "Realization by the bodies of local self-government of the right to legislative initiative in the legislative process of the Republic of Tatarstan";

- "Compliance with the rules of legal technology in the preparation of bills";

- "Changing the boundaries of municipalities and the formation of settlements."

In conclusion, M.M.Ibyatov noted the importance of the topic discussed and called on representatives of local government bodies to make greater use of the powers provided by law
