The visit of the delegation from the Republic of Bashkortostan

On 7th of April, 2017, the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by a delegation from the Republic of Bashkortostan consisting of, chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Bashkortostan for justice affairs V.I.Spele, anddeputy chairmen I.Pankevich and A.R.Sultanova.

Within the framework of the visit, the guests visited the judicial areas in Vakhitovskiycourt district of Kazan (Agronomycheskaya Str 76) where they got acquainted with the conditions for the administration of justice by the magistrates.

Later, at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held a joint meeting of the Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan L.Yu. Glukhova, head of the Depatment of the registry office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan A.R.Shavaleeva with the representatives of the delegation, at which the following questions were discussed:

Material and technical support of the activity of magistrates;

Organization of activity on providing free legal assistance;

The provision of a state service for the state registration of acts of civil status in electronic form through the Unified portal of state and municipal services;

Organization of work on the transfering into the electronic form of books of state registration of acts of civil status (act books).
