Providing free legal assistance to disabled people
On 6th of December, 2016 in the public autonomous institution of social service "Centre for rehabilitation of the disabled people" Ascension "of the Ministry oflabour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan,Dubravnaya str.43V) was held an event to provide free legal assistance to people with disabilities, organized by the Ministry of justice Republic of Tatarstan within the framework of the International day of disabled people.
At the event took part representatives of the Department of the Pension Fund of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal tax service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal service of state registration,cadastre and cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal state institution "The head office of medical and social examination of the Republic of Tatarstan," the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation, the State labour inspection in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of justice of Tatarstan Republic, the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry of health, Ministry of labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communalservices Republic of Tatarstan, State housing inspection of Tatarstan Republic, ICD "Committee of land and property relations EC IR Kazan", and also lawyers and notaries.
54 citizen turned for advice. Questions of concern of people with disabilities I, II and III groups, children with disabilities, and also their representatives, for the most part dealt with social security and pension, and also land, tax and inheritance laws. All addressed were provided free legal aid in the form of legal advice in oral and written forms.
