At the work meeting in the State Council of RT

On 25th of July, 2016, deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M.M.Ibyatov took part in the discussion at the meeting considered the issue of execution of the Federal law on 3rd of July, 2016 №273-FL, which was held at the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Workshop on implementation of the Federal law "On amendments to the Federal law" On the basis state regulation of commercial activities in the Russian Federation "and the Code Russian Federation on administrative offences" which was held under the leadership of the Committee of State Council of he Republic of Tatarstan on the ecology, the environment, agriculture and food policy T.G.Hadeeva.

Also at the meeting took part deputy head of the Department of federal antimonopoly service for the Republic of Tatarstan P.A.Kozel, representatives of relevant ministries and agencies, the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan, regional branch of the party "United Russia", public organizations and retailers of Tatarstan.

The federal law was adopted on 3rd of July this year, but the full effect will only work with the 17th of January, 2017.

The law has introduced new working environment for work of retailers engaged in the supply of food products. In particular, it reduced the maximum amount of compensation that shopping online can receive from a supplier for purchasing them from the provider a certain amount of food, - from 10% to 5%. Moreover, this amount should be included payment for the provision of services for the promotion of goods, preparation, processing and packaging of goods.

The law prohibits the commission agreement, agency, agency, for charging for the right to supply food products to the functioning or opened trading facilities (" entrance ticket"), for changing the assortment of food products.

Besides, retail chains are now required to post on their websites information on conditions of selection counterparty for the conclusion of the contract of supply of food and essential terms and conditions of such agreement.
