The Expert Council meeting of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs

April 10, 2014 year in Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan was the Expert Council meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Coordination Committee on Legal Affairs, which conducted the first Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan S. Stolyarov.
The meeting considered 8 bills:
1. the draft federal law on amendments to article 51 of the Federal law on compulsory health care insurance in the Russian Federation "(developer-Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
2. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on assurance accommodation of orphans and children left without parental care, and to amend article 8 of the law of the Republic of Tatarstan" on targeted social support for the population in the Republic of Tatarstan "(extended) (developer-Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
3. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amending the land code of the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
4. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on providing access to information about the activities of State bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan (developer-the Ministry of informatization and communications of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
5. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Kaybitsky municipal district and municipalities in it "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
6. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Alkeyevsky municipal district and municipalities in it "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)-approved;
7. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Agryzsky municipal district, and the municipalities "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan) is based on the letter of the Ministry of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan from 10.04.2014 No. 1-30/4091 on planned changes to the boundaries of rural settlements, consideration of the draft law;
8. the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan on amendments to the law of the Republic of Tatarstan "on determination of the boundaries of the territories and the status of municipal formation(education)" Menzelinsky municipal district, and the municipalities "(Developer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan) is sent for revision.
Approved by the expert Board of the draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan will be introduced by the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs.
