Visiting of buildings of trial precincts of justice of the peace in the Nurlat judicial district
Today visiting of buildings of trial precincts of justice of the peace was held in the Nurlat city after the large-scale major repairs.
First Deputy Prime-minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin, Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgiz Gilazov, Head of the Juridical Department Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Zyavdyat Salikhov, Deputy Head of the Federal Bailiff service Office of the Republic of Tatarstan - deputy of the main bailiff of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Mikhailov and Head of the Nurlat district Almaz Akhmetshin became familiar with constitutions of the justice administration by judges of the peace of the Nurlat judicial district.
Guests with the minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin took a look at renewed courtrooms, judges’ cabinets, archives and other rooms, noted the quality of created conditions for the servants of the court and citizens who apply to the court.
Within the major repairs of the building works on strengthening and waterproofing of the foundation was undertaken, communications, roof and windows were changed, work on finishing of the interior space and land improvement was undertaken, furniture was changed and conditions for persons with impaired mobility were created.
As a result of the event general meeting with judges of the peace and servants of the Magistrates Office was held, minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin presented the Letters of thanks to servants of the Magistrates Office. Congratulate to awarded colleagues!
Now two precincts of justice of the peace administer justice in the Nurlat judicial district, which located in the two-story building of the 1970 year since the establishment. In the same building (space of 36,4 sq.m.) the Federal Court was located and it did not comply with established standards. Later in the February, 2009, after the relocation of the Nurlat city Court all building at the address: Karla Marksa, 39 was provided to trial precincts of the justice of the peace of the Nurlat judicial district.
The major repairs which was held by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan within the program “Development of Justice in the Republic of Tatarstan on 2014-2020 years” was finished in the January, 2020.
