Seminar-meeting with employees of the Magistrates of the Republic
On December 18th, 2019, eminar-meeting with employees of the Magistrates of the Republic on actual questions of trial precincts functioning by videoconference was held by the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina.
Nadezhda Ragozina addressed with the welcome word and told about work carried out on material and technical, organizational and legal support of Justice of the Peace of the Republic.
Head of Operational and Reference Devision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Alfia Gilmutdinova, consultant of the Informatization Division of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan Gulnar Sagitova, Principal Specialist of the Informatization Division of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan Guzyal Shakirova, Analytic of the “Bars Group” Company Karina Yeremeeva, Head of the Department of organizational and legal support of Justice of the Peace Adelya Badreeva, Head of the Department of legal Informatization and computer systems Adel Safin reported within the seminar.
Questions on innovations in the sphere of fines management imposed by judges in the cases of administrative offenses, actual moment of functioning of trial precincts of Magistrates and questions on disciplinary standards and material and technical support were discussed within the meeting.
It should be noted that since January 1st, 2020, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan will be the main administrator of incomes on administrative fines imposed by judges in the cases of administrative offenses except for administrative fines for violating the Rules of the road, rules of exploitation of vehicles and for the offenses identified by servants of municipal control bodies.
In the completion of the meeting Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Gafarov delivered his closing settlement. Further Roman Gafarov and Nadezhda Ragozina gave departmental awards of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan and certificates of winners and prizewinners of the competition on rank of “The best in profession” among employees of Magistrates Office.
