Seminar-meeting for legal services of the local self-government bodies
On November 28th, 2019, a video conference on the topic "Practice of using the automated information system "Analyst of regional legislation" of the "Code" information system" was held by Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharrym Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of Normative Legal Acts of the Office for the Supervision of the Implementation of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Maria Philippova, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Association - Head of the Legal Department Sergey Stolyarov.
Head of the Division of normative legal work in the field of local self-government and maintaining the municipal register Rauf Garipov made an analysis of the use of the "Code" AIS and the direction of municipal regulatory legal acts in the register for October of this year by local self-government bodies.
The feedback reports from representatives of the Buinsky, Laishevsky, Novosheshminsky, Nuatsky districts were heard and the recommendations to responsible persons on the effective use of the Codex information system in rule-making were given by Muharryam Ibyatov.
