Training seminar for employees of the local self-government bodies
On October 30th, 2019, a training seminar on the topic “Property right to the orphaned things. Recognition of the property without an heir” for employees of the local self-government bodies was held by the chairman of Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov.
Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Elena Ledentzova, Head of the Division for legal advisory and methodological support of local self-government bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Maya Pashkova, senior lawyer of the Chamber of Notaries of the Republic of Tatarstan Lilya Kamalova, Chief specialist-expert of the official registration of the entities’ real estate and of the equity participation contracts devision of the Office of the Federal Official Registry Service, Inventory and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexandra Abdullina made a presentation during the seminar.
Within the seminar information about the trial practice in recognition property right to the orphaned things and recognition of the property without an heir was voiced and changes in legislation in questions of notarial actions by employees of the local self-government bodies was discussed.
