Providing free legal assistance to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the participants of hostilities and members of their families
On April 30th, 2019, a providing free legal assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and members of their families was organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the «House of Friendship between Tatarstan Peoples» (Kazan city, 1st building, 57 Pavlyukhin st.) on the eve of the celebration of the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
The representatives of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department for Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal tax service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of the Pension Fund of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Social Insurance Fund's Regional Office of Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of labor, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as lawyers and notaries participated in the event.
Questions of concern to veterans, most of them concerned inheritance, land and housing legislation, social and pension provision. All applicants received free legal assistance in the form of legal.
