Results of the meeting of the Attestation Commission
On October 16th, 2018, a meeting of the attestation commission of the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. The session was on the compliance for the replaced civil service positions of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Certification of civil servants is designed to identify a professional capacity, the degree of willingness and levels of the ability to perform functional duties of a civil servant. In practical terms, primary objective of attestation is to determine whether a civil servant corresponds to the post.
Following the outcome of the vote, 7 attested were in conformity with the grade of civil service positions’ incumbent, 1 attested was in conformity with the grade of civil service position’s incumbent and was recommended the inclusion in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant civil service position in order to career development, by the decision of the commission.
A veteran of the civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan Ganchurin V.P., associate professor of the Department of Law of the Institute of Economics, Management and Social Technologies of the Kazan National Research Institute Technical University named after Tupolev - KAI Gurevich V.A., a member of the Apparatus of Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization «Association of lawyers of Russia» of the Tatarstan Vafin M.K participated in the meeting of the commission as independent experts.
